Terms and Conditions – Enchanting Travels & Partner
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website. By accessing this website and/or placing an upgrade order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you may not use or access this website.
If you have any questions regarding these Terms before placing an upgrade order, please contact our customer service team, available 7 days a week.

1.7 Personal Information: The information you provide when registering.
1.8 Agreement: The Agency Agreement integrating these Terms.
1.9 Commission: The commission fee displayed in your agency account.
1.10 Agency Agreement: The agreement incorporating these Terms.
2.1 Any words following “including”, “for example” or similar expressions are illustrative and do not limit the meaning of the words preceding them.
2.2 Unless otherwise indicated, all defined terms shall have the meaning assigned in the Agency Agreement.
3.1 Each agent must complete at least one set of tasks, as defined by Enchanting Travels & Partner, to be eligible for rewards.
3.2 Standard agents may complete one set of tasks per day. Upgraded VIP agents may complete three.
3.3 Once started, a task must be completed to permit withdrawal. Tasks cannot be stopped or canceled mid-way. Partial or incomplete tasks are not eligible for withdrawal or update.
3.4 Agents are strictly prohibited from posting false information on any social media. Legal action may be pursued for violations.
3.5 Agents must comply with all applicable legal obligations.
3.6 Claims and complaints must be addressed in accordance with our legal rights and legal claims procedures.
4.1 By participating in this program, you confirm all information submitted is true, correct, current, and complete. We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time.
4.2 If it is determined, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect, that you are not eligible, we may disqualify you and appoint an alternate participant or reviewer.
5.1 We accept no responsibility for any delays, interruptions, or failures in accessing the website, or the receipt or processing of entries as a result of technical failures, internet or website traffic congestion, or any third-party equipment or services.
6.1 We reserve the right to use your username for promotional or marketing purposes, as further detailed in our Ratings and Reviews, Terms and Conditions.
6.2 Your personal information is collected, processed and used in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to the use and sharing of your personal information as described, including disclosures to vendors assisting in the Site and related promotional activities.
7.1 Our decisions on any matter relating to the programme are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
7.2 If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
7.3 We and you will be legally bound by these written Terms and any referenced documents in respect of our Agreement.
7.4 You may not assign, sublicense or transfer any rights under these Terms to any third party.
7.5 Our failure to enforce these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such rights, and they remain enforceable at any time.
7.6 These Terms do not confer any rights on any party other than us or you.
8.1 These Terms, and all non-contractual and contractual disputes or claims arising from or in connection with the use of this website, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria.
8.2 We make no representation that materials relating to the website are appropriate for, or available to, users in other jurisdictions. Accessing the website from territories where contents are illegal is strictly prohibited, and you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
8.3 If the agent fails to complete the assigned task within the specified time, the merchant reserves the right to file a complaint. After multiple complaints, your account may be blocked, and you will be liable for all resulting economic losses.
8.4 The company may update, revise, or supplement these Terms at any time without notice.
